Hamish doing the introduction |
Wrights Bookstore, Cambridge |
Went off with a bang thanks as usual to the outstanding efforts of Hamish, Nicky, Annette and Marie at Wrights Bookstore in Cambridge. Nicky again outdid all expectations with her wonderful red invitations, Hamish delivered the intro to end all intros by managing to include bonkers, divine and knotted in the first four lines of his speech and Carolyn from Deli On The Corner provided scrumptious food. Have I ever mentioned that Carloyn and The Deli are the inspiration for Corrine and the Mud In Your Eye cafe in my second book Divine? I must post a photo of her and The Deli On the Corner sometime. I always look forward to these nights at Wrights. It’s my chance to thanks for the great support I get from my hometown and catch up with friends and neighbours and readers I haven’t met.
Best Wishes,
Michelle

hey Michelle,
Just finished reading Knotted – another great book, please keep up the good work!!
I love your characters and their stories, they’re so engaging. (I particularly loved Divine, being from Cambridge I recognised several of the landmarks and people you’ve included). Can’t wait til the next one comes along.

Hi Leah,
Thanks for dropping me a line, I love hearing from people who’ve read my books especially when they have such nice things to say. Working on Number 4 and 5 – not sure which of them will be first past the finish post. One of them is the follow up to Bonkers – Glenn and Sherry’s story.
Cheers,
Michelle
